We went for the test drive, agreed on a price a little lower than asking price. We paid cash and drove the car home with the top down!! The only thing that bugged me was the perfume that someone sprayed inside the car before we took possession of it, as I am highly allergic to chemical scents. More

Up priced a used vehicle almost $2K over internet advertised On December 15th, 2017 I stopped at the dealership to look at a used vehicle sitting on the lot. I asked the salesman about a price and they worked u On December 15th, 2017 I stopped at the dealership to look at a used vehicle sitting on the lot. I asked the salesman about a price and they worked up an offer with the selling price at $11,900. After test driving the car, I declined the offer and decided to do some research on the car. Before leaving Phillips Toyota, the manager told me that it is the end of the year and he would make me a really great deal. He discounted the car to $9,490.00 from $11,900. Again, I declined for the moment to go home and think about it. While doing some internet research, I found THAT VEHICLE being advertised by Phillips Toyota with an advertised price of $9,995. I feel that the manager that made the original offer of $11,900, knowingly raised the price from $9,995 with an attempt to make an unreasonably large profit. That is unacceptable ! Very disappointed with that business ethic. Update on vehicle as of 12/31/2017 Internet advertised price is now $8,998. More
