She always checks to see if there is a recall, so you never have to fear one was missed. I had/have a situation with my radio, the navigation ceases to work, the screen goes black, and it freezes. She looked in to this and had a qualified person speak with me to aid in the resolution of this problem. He stated he had gone to the extent of his knowledge, and would inquire further from TOYOTA itself. He stated he would contact me in the next 7 to 10 days, as soon as he heard from Toyota. I have used the navigation since, and again run into the same situation. BOTH of these people did all they could to determine the problem, and to fix it. More

They are the Best and don't stop till they resolve and diagnose the problem and make the customer feel as #1. When I am ready for my newer Toyotas, I am coming to Phillips Toyota for a new vehicles and all my services, They treat me as a #1 Customer and I put them all on a Pedestal ! I really planned on just looking and finding out the difference in price if I traded my car in. Wes explained the process and advantages of leasing and 2 hours later, left with my perfect car! And it's red...can easily find it in a sea of gray and silver! Note: one of the questions below asked the reason for the visit...even though I ended up with a new car, the original purpose was to service my existing one. More

Service then new car PHILLIPS TOYOTA SCION. I had a 2006 Avalon with only 55,000 miles on it. For the past 18 months. I was concerned about when I should trade it in. Si PHILLIPS TOYOTA SCION. I had a 2006 Avalon with only 55,000 miles on it. For the past 18 months. I was concerned about when I should trade it in. Since I am a widow, and fear being taken advantage of, I discuss all major moves with my sister and brother-in-law. My brother-in-law is a General Motors man. The consensus was that it would be time when the car needed major items; such as, ac, breaks or tires. I went in for an oil change and Sam Keene advised me that major work was needed, Brakes and tires. Well, I was referred to Dan Brecklin in sales. Mr. Brecklin was very patient and thorough with his explanations concerning the car. After my test drive, I wanted my brother-in-law to see the car. Mr. Brecklin had no problem with waiting for him to come. We all went on another test drive. My brother-in-law gave his approval and said I was not being taken advantage of. Well, that was what I needed and the deal was done. Mr. Brecklin discussed thoroughly the Xzilon treatment and I came back the next day for it to be applied. I TRUSTED all people I came in contact with. Wonderful driving car! More
