My wife bought her Acura MDX @ Piazza and was thoroughly pleased with her experience from start to finish. She suggested that I visit to see the selection and get information on the automobiles that Piazza pleased with her experience from start to finish. Being the skeptic I am, I visited Piazza and was pleasingly surprised at the way business is conducted there. Unlike other car dealerships I was able to deal directly with Kevin, no back and forth from the manager to the Finance guy, to negotiate on the Acura of my choice. Kevin Lee helped me to feel comfortable by answering all of my questions for all of the models I was interested in. I did not feel like a number with a dollar sign above my head. I did not feel I was being pressured into a car or options that I did not need. I got the impression that customer service really does mean something at Piazza Acura. I will recommend Piazza Acura to all of my friends who are considering buying an automobile. The Finance Manager Scott Topping was a true people person.
