Yesterday I traded in my 2007 Saturn Vue (a good solid vehicle -- I just needed something a bit more economical) for a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT (which is awesome looking and WAY nice). Jamie Frost was VERY helpful and more than accommodating letting me take my time and never pressuring me even though that breeze was a bit chilly! Leslie Simmons was also SUPER helpful and friendly -- definitely knows her stuff about all the paperwork, that's for sure! So, I got a great deal on top of a "no pressure" car buying experience ... Dealt very quickly with Jaime Frost to get a test drive down, and we loved the vehicle so much we came back and talked with him about buying it instead of waiting till after the weekend when we were going to test drive another vehicle in Atlanta. We expressed concerns regarding the tires which I personally thought looked fine but my wife mostly wanted new tires. Jaime didn't argue with us or talk about how it was already an excellent deal (under market value on the lot and worth over market value on carfax) and instead immediately discussed either coming down on the price for us or checking the tires to see if they were worn much and replacing the tires at the sticker price. After inspecting the tires, both himself and another salesman reckoned that the tires had plenty of life left in them and we instead decided to talk the price down. He had no problem setting the amount lower and dropped 400 off the price. We countered with 600 off and he accepted. This is the first time we've haggled price, and he made it no trouble whatsoever. Exceptionally receptive to our concerns, checked into them personally and had someone else check behind him, and gave almost the full value of replacing those tires off the price even though he had determined they didn't need to be changed. 10/10 would do business with him and Pigg Enterprises again, and plan to send as much business as possible to them. Here, Piggy, Piggy! Jamie did a great job guiding my husband and me to our next vehicle. I dropped my old car off for a ballpark estimate of what I might get for trade in Jamie did a great job guiding my husband and me to our next vehicle. I dropped my old car off for a ballpark estimate of what I might get for trade in at a Kia dealership (I was really in the market for a Soul), and unintentionally drove away in a new-to-me 2010 Chevy Equinox! While he was working with his trade-in team to provide us with an amount, we just perused the lot. We looked at a Soul Pigg had, and drove it, but it was just "meh". Then we looked at other SUV type vehicles and fell for a fully loaded vehicle at a great price. While it was unexpected, it was the perfect fit for our family. Jamie gave us room to breathe...NO high pressure sales here!...but was always ready with an answer for any questions we had. He was also very knowledgeable about all the features of the Equinox without pointing them out as "selling points". Most of all, I really appreciated how when he told me the car would cost me "XX" dollars and my car was worth "XX" dollars, those numbers DIDN'T change! I wasn't even nervous going to see Pat, the finance guy, because he didn't make me feel REQUIRED to purchase this, purchase that, option xyz, coverage plan abc, blah, blah, blah...8 hours later you're still at the dealership and ready to hang yourself. Not at Pigg!! There was no "magic dealership math" like you find at other places. You know, "The car is $14,900, your car is worth $8,900, bringing your cost to $6,000" which you are OK with, but somehow when you go to sign the papers, you're signing for $13,895.17. How the HECK does that happen? Well, it doesn't at Pigg. They say what they mean and mean what they say. When he told me my difference was $5,000, that's what I wrote a check for and drove away. No pressure, no problems, no paranoia. Just real people selling real good vehicles. I'd say they treat you like family, but they treat you better than that! Go see Jamie and the Pigg team to get yourself a SQUEAL of a DEAL! More
