The Best Anniversary Present My husband and I went to Pinebelt Chevy of Lakewood to test drive the Chevy Tahoe. We met with Bob Penny who was very courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. He paid close attention to our needs and was excellent with following up. A few days after our visit a new Tahoe arrived and thanks to Bob's attention to detail he knew the vehicle met our needs. He even sent me a short video of the Tahoe which I greatly appreciated. We set up an appointment to see the vehicle and so happened to be on our Anniversary. When we arrived Bob was tending to another customer but he immediately placed us in good hands with Todd Boucher who was already well versed on what we needed. It was evident that there is great synergy at Pinebelt Chevrolet. We were also with our children ages 9, 7 and 4 the kids really enjoyed the fresh baked cookies and small bottles of water provided by the dealership (it's the little things that count) Todd was friendly, patient and also a great listener. He went back and forth communicating our needs until we were able to reach a reasonable agreement. Finalizing the paperwork and making our 1st payment was simple with no hidden fees or pushing us to buy unnecessary coverages. Todd stayed with us until everything was finalized. He explained all of the perks that Chevy provides including the awesome rewards program and the special touch was that very 1st photo of our family with our beautiful Chevy. We are beyond pleased and we absolutely love the Tahoe and all the wonderful little perks it has like Onstar and Lane assist. Someone who cares I recently bought a new car at Pinebelt Chevy. My sales guy was Danny Kane. He is a great guy. He was actually actually able to put me in a better car with more features because he listened. I told him I don't put many miles on my car. Also,a huge Yankees fan. He got me a Cruze LT in Yankees blue" with a back up camera and touch radio for same price as a lesser one because I was ok with a demo with 2200 miles on it. Its not often that someone shows you how to get more for less just because he paid attention when we talking. In my life,it has always seemed like the salesman puts me in the car he wants to sell as opposed to finding what I really wanted and couldn't be happier with. He even came outside in the snow to put my plates on when they came in, even though I told him I could do it at home in the garage...I'd highly recommend him to anyone. More

You cannot buy out of area at the same price as locals if an area specific rebate is in force. I have filed a formal complaint with the commerce commission and Congress regarding this restraint of trade issue. Plus I bought a four runner instead of a chevy. GM, smarten up! I would not hesitate to buy from this dealer or salesperson, I just think GM needs to back off and let the marketplace do its job, not some back office bean counter. More
