It turns out that we were at the dealer for a large part of the day but that's only because after how great my experience was (Mel worked a deal to sell me a Certified 2013 Chevy Cruze), my wife leased a car. Pinebelt Chevrolet was able to buy out her lease and get her into a brand new Chevy Trax. We were both very happy despite spending more time at the dealership than anticipated. The whole experience was far above my expectations. I would recommend Bill and the Pine Belt team to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. One more thing I always was under the impression that Japanese cars were superior to American but my own experience taught me that it is not necessarily true. I will now only drive a Chevrolet as I am a believer in American Ingenuity and also because of the superior customer service experience that Bill provided to me!! More
