Our experience with John Rotolo at Pine Belt Chevy in Lakewood, NJ, was phenomenal. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful with anything at all that we needed. We didnt have the greatest of credit and Guy worked extremely hard to get us into a reliable car that would fit me and my family. I think Pine Belt Chevy is awesome and they go beyond the need for great cutomer service,I have been to 2 other dealerships and both were not pleasant experiences. I have an average credit rating and both Sa need for great cutomer service,I have been to 2 other dealerships and both were not pleasant experiences. I have an average credit rating and both Sansone auto mall on route 66 in Neptune and Lester Glenn in Toms River could not do what Mark did at Pine Belt! Mark even called me on a Friday night when he was off because he was texted by a salesman! I will not purchase anywhere else! More
