I went back to Pine Belt Chevrolet because of the service I received back in '05. I was expecting nothing but the same this time and let me say, I was not disappointed. Derek was everything you hope to have to deal with, when you walk into a dealership. He was personable, efficient, knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and most of all, patient. I felt as if Derek really did try and understand my needs and wants in a vehicle and he strived to find a vehicle to match them. And he did!! He went to bat for me. I'm so happy with my new truck. I will absolutely tell my friends and coworkers, that are looking for a new car, to go see Derek at Pine Belt Chevrolet. Thanks to Dave Walter too. And I have to give a shout out to Ray in Finance. Went to dealership Wed. night looking to purchase another Tahoe. Paul showed/test drove two Tahoes 2012 and 2013. Went over the cost of both SUV's. We decided on the 2013. All paperwork/questions where done Tahoe. Paul showed/test drove two Tahoes 2012 and 2013. Went over the cost of both SUV's. We decided on the 2013. All paperwork/questions where done in a timely manner and we picked up our new Tahoe on Thursday and then Paul went over all the features on the vehicle. I bought a 2007 Chevy Aveo 5 on 09/28/2012. Sales person Garfield James told me that it was serviced and detailed while waiting in showroom for 3 hrs for the paper work to be processed. I took the car home Garfield James told me that it was serviced and detailed while waiting in showroom for 3 hrs for the paper work to be processed. I took the car home and inspected all areas of the car and found a few things wrong. I then took car back the next morning with my trade in title and to get the minor repairs looked at and was refused service. WE went to the dealership just to look and John came out to see if we needed help.We told him no,just looking.My wife got stuck on the Traverse.John told her he could get a key and open it up.She said OK.Sh to see if we needed help.We told him no,just looking.My wife got stuck on the Traverse.John told her he could get a key and open it up.She said OK.She got in and she asked him all kinds of questions and he answered just about all of them,then informed us he is on the job four days.My wife told him she wanted to see numbers. Inside John brought over sales associate David walters to help him. Between the both of them we bought the Traverse.David made sure my wife knew everything there was to know about the vehicle.I have delt with this dealership since "86".And I've had a number of serious issues here.I traded a GMC Terrain from another dealer in here.Those two gentlemen impressed very much.And yes I will recommend this dealer and both salesmen.I am going to put it on my GM and UAW Facebook page.
