My husband and I were looking for a newer car to replace our 2001 PT Cruiser, so we went on-line to see what was available. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Chad and Eric. Chad took us directly to the car we were interested in, went with us for a spin and we were perfectly charmed by Chad's willingness to find us exactly what we wanted. When we got back to the dealership, Eric had found an identical car...for less! We took that for a spin and found a minor issue that needed repair. No problem... the car was sent across the street and repaired on the spot. The mechanic came back and explained what he had done and told us to call if there was any other problem. We were sold! I was very impressed that although Chad was fairly new at the dealership he learned quickly and nothing was too much to do for us. Both Chad and Eric were actually breaths of fresh air from other dealers we have dealt with in the past.
