This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever been thru. Called Monday night before closing on 08/23/2021 to check this Jeep out to see if it’s still on the lot because I have an appointment at 8:30am thru. Called Monday night before closing on 08/23/2021 to check this Jeep out to see if it’s still on the lot because I have an appointment at 8:30am on 08/24/2021 with Iris Torres. And I was told yes the Jeep is there and no one all day came to look at it and I was first in line on Tuesday to get it. So I picked up a trailer to transport it. drove 130 miles from leola PA to Jersey at 6am got there only to be told at 8:40am that the Jeep was sold over night! And when I called that night before closing no one was there to look at the Jeep..makes no sense to me..all I got was sorry… this place is shady and wrong! Try to avoid this place at all cost wasted 260miles and 5hrs of my life trying to get a car while being lied to the entire time no calls or anything saying the Jeep is gone and they said they’ll let me know if it’s sold. To add to the story I sent all my pre approval stuff from capitol one to them and I was ready to take that Jeep home so if you want to get a sorry screw you this is the place to go! More
