I actually give this dealer ship no stars . After driving my 2005 dodge diesel pick up down parkway from 65 mile run at 80 mph I stop at friends house for hour then on my way to Pinebelt dodge for airbag rec my 2005 dodge diesel pick up down parkway from 65 mile run at 80 mph I stop at friends house for hour then on my way to Pinebelt dodge for airbag recall on way going there my truck stalled out flatbed the truck there . They told me it was tubes going to fuel injector rotted had wait for parts when job was complete they told me truck was ready paid $5300 drove down 70 stalled out in jughandal had flat bed truck back to dealer they did not know what was wrong with it they said we did not know how truck ran before this we got it running . So they went through star program to see what issue be in dodge they doing steps to repair the truck on my expense not knowing what problem is check computer so forth next step they said we need to replace fuel filter told them I replaced fuel filter in sept 2020 . They said we need to trouble shoot so had to pay additional $211 dollars they called me said truck is ready . We had quality control drive truck for miles and ran great . I paid $211 now up to $5500 drove truck down chamber bridge truck would not go over 40 mph and lost horsepower had mechanic drive it he agreed three days later they tell me star program telling them to replace the actuator for additional $635 and not that we have to install new pump in tank fir additional $2600 these are steps we need take they said so I agreed to replace actuator which they said gettting positive and negative pressure on each side of actuator they called me again now this been going on two months now told me truck ready for third time I told th advisor I am not paying $635 till I drive it here we go again drove down chamber road truck did not go over 40 mph stalled out few times the advisor and Steve manager did not believe me so they took down rt 88 said this truck has spell on it cause running fine when they drove it they took it in for third time said take look at it I did not pay $635 not paying anymore money they told me we did not know how truck ran before all this we got it running not acceptable this dealer does not know what there doing not thorough basically don’t care or show curtesy or resepect to customer every time call dealer want ya name and never advisers never pick up phone let alone listen to there machine I was told I was making mountain out of molehill from Receptionest.. my recommendation to everyone if take there do not pay bill make sure everything ok when picking up vehicle as of now two months later I am paying this on my card and my truck is still there I am going toe it out there bring it to certified diesel mechanics terrible dealer ship while during two month three employees quit place not good moral down mechanics not through and managers are disrespectful show no curtsy never again with this dealership . Service sucks More
