Upon coming into Pine Belt Jeep, I noticed my vehicle was already pulled up for me so I can check it out and go for a test drive. Chris met me outside and before I know it, I was driving my car to see how t already pulled up for me so I can check it out and go for a test drive. After the test drive Chris gave me the numbers without the usual back and forth negotiating process which can be very long frustrating. I called 4 days later for some info and made an appoint for the following Saturday. Just to take my wife to see and test drive the truck. Both Chris and Mike treated my wife and myself as old friends 2 hours later I was leaving with my new truck.. both Chris and Mike made me leave the Pine belt dealership happy and with confidence with my new truck. Very disapointed in them. I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes way to only get screwed in a couple different ways. First the truck price was $38k for a 5.7 hemi. So as soon as I get there they tell me the truck i way to only get screwed in a couple different ways. First the truck price was $38k for a 5.7 hemi. So as soon as I get there they tell me the truck is only 6 cylinder and to get the hemi it was going to be an extra $1. So basically as soon as I walked through the doors after my long dirve, my price wa sjust upped. The guy said no we advertised it and I must of looked at it wrong. So I believe him. I decided to look again tonight and guess what... It was the Hemi ram truck for $38k. Not I'm irate. Then to make matters worse... I told them I'm coming from far way. I needed a ball park number. Long story longer, they told me to fill this out and it came out to around $22k. I said I really needed 23k, they daid we just have to look at your car. well I get there and now they are offering me only $19k. I said you're kidding me , right! They said thats what your car is being autioning for right now. I said why did they tell me to put all my information into the report? Just tell me they will just give me what the going rate for autions would get.. Nope they had to lie to get me to come into the door. He did "make a phone call and then offered me $21k but ut was still to low plus I said you just upped my cost on the new truck for 1k. Dave was my sales person and I forget the sales manager name. Dave was so corned about the deal I told him I had in place. he was questioning me like he didn't believe me. Well Dave I bought my truck 2 hours after your team lied to me. It was Fred Beans Ram, and I got $23k for my trade and got the truck for $37,900. I saved 4k like I said. Maybe if you worried about fully telling the truth and not where I had my potential deal, and all the other info... You wasted 3 hours of driving, my time, my gas, and my patience. More
