Went to pick up my vechile on September 19.2020. Upon arrival I was told it was sold . 30 mins later Mgr Mike calls us and apologizes for the misunderstanding. And stated your car is a Demo and was n arrival I was told it was sold . 30 mins later Mgr Mike calls us and apologizes for the misunderstanding. And stated your car is a Demo and was not on the lot. He stated he would adjust the numbers and deliver the vechile to us on Monday September 21.2020. Monday came and gone. Tuesday and man Called and said the car was sold 30 minutes prior to Mike getting to work. Which is proven totally false by Chysler Corporation. As they told me the car was sold on Sunday Sept 20.2020 at 7 pm to Anthony. Pine Belt states my claims are false. I have a Audio tape conversation to support my statement. Then they attempted to sell me a car for 5K more. To show in my opinion they are not an honest dealership. On September 24.2020 The dealership sent my daughter an email with a Durango with a window sticker a a vin number stating This car has your name written all over it. This is true it was the car with the same Vin number we purchased and they sold on September 20. 2020. Pine Belt and Chysler Corporation Will not support or make good on what they did to a Disabled American Veteran. All Veterans be aware of what they do. Audio tape and emails are available to my fellow brothers and sisters More
