Worked with Pharnel my salesperson for approximately 4-5 days. I work daily which makes my schedule very tight. He was patient and understanding. Let’s be honest: car shopping isn’t exactly on anyone’s “Top 10 Fun Things To Do” list — especially when it’s your parents who are buying. Enter Geovannie. Somehow, he made the whole thing… painless. (I kn “Top 10 Fun Things To Do” list — especially when it’s your parents who are buying. Enter Geovannie. Somehow, he made the whole thing… painless. (I know. I was shocked too.) He worked with my parents to get them into a Subaru Crosstrek that they love — which is saying something, because getting them to agree on a car is usually a contact sport. Geovannie was patient, knew his stuff, answered every question (and there were many), and somehow managed to keep a sense of humor through all of it. If you’re looking for someone who actually listens, doesn’t play games, and makes the process feel like you’re talking to a real person instead of a walking sales pitch, go see Geovannie.
