I had a very disappointing experience at Pine Belt Subaru. Before visiting the dealership, I had a detailed email thread with one of their sales representatives clearly outlining all portions of th Subaru. We went back and forth to make sure everything was transparent and agreed upon. Based on that communication, I scheduled an appointment and came in expecting a smooth process. When I arrived, I was told the sales rep I had been working with wasn’t there — despite the fact that I had a confirmed appointment. Even worse, no one at the dealership seemed to know anything about my appointment or the deal we had discussed. Another representative stepped in and kept me there for about an hour asking a series of irrelevant questions, even though all the details had already been negotiated via email. After waiting an additional 45 minutes, he returned with information miraculously found and informed me that the deal was “not final” and would now cost an additional $38 per month. I do not like to feel manipulated. I would have appreciated a straightforward answer from the beginning — even if that meant being told there was a mistake and the dealership could not accommodate the deal. Instead, another hour of my time was wasted. After all of that, I was simply told there was nothing they could do and “thank you for stopping by.” This experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and misleading. If you negotiate terms ahead of time, don’t expect them to be honored when you arrive. I would not recommend Pine Belt Subaru based on my experience. Ilya B. More

Best Service EVER! Had no appointment but my car battery wouldn't hold a charge. Had my car towed there and they tested it to make sure it was the battery - it was. My 2016 Crosstrek was and probably is still a great car.
