Unhappy with the services by Daniel and Mike. He was nice at first but quickly grew impatient and did not help me find a car. Left me empty handed with nothing but hurt feelings, time wasted, and just an ove at first but quickly grew impatient and did not help me find a car. Left me empty handed with nothing but hurt feelings, time wasted, and just an overall bad experience. Has good intentions but often gets angry very easily and lets personal life interfere with work life. Also, Michael the finance manager was helping out but then the deal went awry yet again. Supposedly there was a price drop on the vehicle I was interested in and now he is saying I don’t get that price because my numbers were “final.” Real nice. That’s what you call selective pricing. He picks the price based on the customer rather than based on the fairness of prices listed on their website. Plus, you don’t see any bad reviews on here because they can pick and choose which reviews to post! So if this one doesn’t make it to the finalists, they clearly manipulated it to not post my review. Do your research and save yourself a headache before going with PineBelt. I had high hopes for them but they let me down because of their pure greed for money. I’m sorry I had to write a bad review cuz I usually try to stay positive but I was very very upset by all this. I wasted 2-3 weeks on this car getting excited for the car but it seems my time was wasted. I will give them 2 stars however, because they were very patient and helped me for several weeks as well. Unfortunately everyone’s time was wasted in this deal and I’m left without a car. Disappointing yes. Expected? Yes:( More

Simply Amazing! Yesterday April 29th, 2020 we had the pleasure beginning a new journey with Pine Belt Subaru. I specifically want to recognize Ryan Concord, Rob Dosil and Geo Padilla who made sure we had an amazing experience. Between their skills, inventory, and knowledge about the cars we had all of our questions answered and received the vehicle we wanted at a very GREAT price. We have purchased several cars and had many different experiences. Pine Belt Subaru is by far the BEST! I smiled the whole way home. If COVID-19 was not happening I would have hugged them all. Giving that we are in a pandemic, the staff expertly worked to prepare all the necessary paper work which aloud us to simply walk in, sign everything, and walk out with our brand NEW car! Geo was the absolute best salesman I’ve ever dealt with! He was honest and straightforward right from the beginning and through to the end. We had negotiated initially but couldn’t come to equal terms so I He was honest and straightforward right from the beginning and through to the end. We had negotiated initially but couldn’t come to equal terms so I told him that I would wait and see what deals would come around next month. Unbeknownst to me, that seemed to bother him so much that he didn’t stop trying to figure out what he could do to get me in the vehicle I wanted. I went about my business that day and soon he called me and presented an offer to me that I accepted and was in a new vehicle a few hours later! I hope he never leaves Pine Belt Subaru. I wish all salespeople could be as hard working and genuine as Geo! More
