I made an appointment for my service and it was not noted since it was AI generated which I didn’t know. I had a very long wait period. Also on papers given to me even my date of purchase was incorrect. I was told a wheel alignment is recommended at 12,000 miles. Recommended and needed are two different things. So which one is it since I have not notice anything shifting and this is not my first car. I’m doing this survey to see if it really matters or just a waste of time! More

OVER PRICED SERVICE! $800+ for AC service consisting of 2 O rings and a pound of AC juice! Local mechanic said shouldn't have cost more than $350 w/labor! Brake light $800+ for AC service consisting of 2 O rings and a pound of AC juice! Local mechanic said shouldn't have cost more than $350 w/labor! Brake light was out, quote was $85 for the bulb and to remove 2 screws to get to it. AutoZone $12 for a 2 pack and took me less than 5 minutes to swap. Few other items as well that were so over priced I just dont have the words for! I am so done with this place! Next time I'm going to Circle Subaru or Lester Glenn! I will say this though, Mr Rossi (I believe is the GM) is a nice man who called me after i gave a bad review via text response, went over a few things and said he'd have someone else call me with some information. That was a week ago! and NOTHING! Zero stars should be an option... More
