I called after lunch to get a mobile service to my home for oil , tire rotation and fluid checks . I was expecting a next day service or later but they called me about 2 P.M and told me they would be here for oil , tire rotation and fluid checks . I was expecting a next day service or later but they called me about 2 P.M and told me they would be here between 2:30 and 3:00 . Nicholson showed up exactly on time and performed all this service right through a heavy rain . I could not believe it . He just kept smiling and said it was no problem . I had never seen a young man work like that before . And nice as can be . I hope he stays with Planet Ford because workers of his caliber is hard to find . Thanks again young man . Communication and service was excellent to start. After the deal was done I noticed I was not provided with the key for the brand new bed cover ordered with the truck.
