I inquired about a used truck online and was contacted by Rita B. She was very nice at first and said the vehicle was available to view and test drive. I called the next day and told her I was very intereste Rita B. She was very nice at first and said the vehicle was available to view and test drive. I called the next day and told her I was very interested and wanted to start the buying process. We scheduled a time to meet and test drive the vehicle and when I arrived (2.5 hrs away) I met Rita and she said the truck wasn’t ready and wasn’t even on the LOT but she would be happy to show me other trucks. Rita was not apologetic at all about making me drive down to Houston without even having the vehicle that we had been talking about all day. She just kind of looked at me with a “oh well” face. At the very end she apologized while looking at her shoes and then offered if I bought the truck she would personally drive it to Bastrop Bucces on her own time. That seemed weird too. Like what’s next? A favor? No thanks. I said call me old school but I need to see the truck before I drop 30+K. She then stood up and said well it was great to meet you and walked away. I did still end up purchasing the vehicle. I called the manager and requested a new sale person. All I’m saying is if you speak to Rita Bernardino just make sure she understands that you want to see the vehicle, not her. She is a typical salesperson and has room to grow in her career. More

Husband and I came ready to buy a car. We didn’t have an appointment but were greeted by a kind salesman who was already with a customer. He directed us to another salesman whose name I cannot share because appointment but were greeted by a kind salesman who was already with a customer. He directed us to another salesman whose name I cannot share because he didn’t introduce himself to us. Red flag #1. This salesman seemed put off by the idea of working with us and began walking us quickly around the lot. During our walk he was arrogant and spoke down to us when we inquired about pricing, deals, etc. There wasn’t an ounce of kindness or care from him. I’ve never been more ready to leave a dealership. The car buying process is stressful by itself. Salesman can at least show themselves friendly. More
