I just got a Mustang from Planet Ford Spring TX location and I was blown away by all the hi tech features it has. This is my third Ford Mustang I own and just WOW! It’s a beautiful car. I thought nothing be and I was blown away by all the hi tech features it has. This is my third Ford Mustang I own and just WOW! It’s a beautiful car. I thought nothing beats my 1966 Ford Mustang, but with all the luxuries it comes with I stand corrected. In the last 6 years I’ve purchased two F-150’s and my new 2020 Mustang from this location. There is one major reason I keep coming back; their excellent customer service. Glove Box Rifled Through, Items Missing Usually, before leaving Dealership, I check My tires pressure before leaving with My Gauge. Not being able to stay out to do so this time, tire pressu Usually, before leaving Dealership, I check My tires pressure before leaving with My Gauge. Not being able to stay out to do so this time, tire pressure was not checked by Me! My Gauge did have a nice Buttoned down case! It no longer has that Case! My Tire Key Lock was ripped from the original packaging and the Lug rolled back and forth in my Glove box until the "NOISE" was discovered! I keep my Flex Neat and Clean, Especially the Glove where I also have a Copy of Insurance! Now the Nice Package the Tire Key Lock was in is Ripped, doesn't stay together as it once did, and my Tire Gauge Case is no where to be found. Very Displeased with workmanship, treatment of Flex, and my Glove Box. There is another reason for me now to check things Twice after receiving Quick Service at Planet Ford! More
