Truck in shop for a week and half, and nothing resolved. Had a small leak, thought it might be the A/C compressor. Planted Ford had the truck for a week and half, found nothing on the leak. I had one of the mechanics call he was checking for a leak through the head / radiator cooling system - not what I wanted at all. A waste of time on their part due to lack of understanding / communication issues. While there the A/C fan motor started working intermittently. Also needed to get a recall programming issue updated. Truck has a supercharger, and told them that the tuner was in the glove box. Was told by Pablo the truck was ready (and that the blower fan was acting up, I told him to hold off on that repair). Picked up truck, no leaks were found and the recall notice had not been corrected due to the supercharger. $300+ USD later, I got the truck back and no repairs had been completed - only added a little Freon on my request. Very disappointing - but since nothing repaired, if the blower motor needs to be replaced will take it elsewhere. More

Outstanding from beginning to end I came in on a Wednesday about 12:30pm and walked the lot for about two hours. Not a single person spoke to me or asked if I needed assistance. I was greeted at Tomball and Gullo Ford as soon as I got out of my car. I went home and started to search the internet for a truck and came across one at Planet Ford. The next day a salesman by the name of Jordan called me and said he had saw me searching on line and we discussed what I was looking for. He said give me an hour and I'll call you back let me see what I can find. As promised he called back and had found exactly what I wanted. I explained to him I did not want to be there for 3 or 4 hours so when I arrived at 6:30 pm that Thursday he was ready. By 8:30pm I was driving out. He was very prompt, friendly and most of all he listened. He did not try to push anything on me he just found what I wanted. By far of the several new cars I have purchased he ( Jordan ) made it the best experience yet. Thank you again sir, More
