Amazing Salesman but horrible financial dept! I had been contemplating getting a new car for a while, especially since my lease at the time was about to be up. I visited many car dealers and even I had been contemplating getting a new car for a while, especially since my lease at the time was about to be up. I visited many car dealers and even other Honda dealers. After showing up to a previous Honda dealer where they tried to sell me a different car than the stock number I had provided and charge me for exterior accessories I didn't even want, all while trying to charge me well over the price I originally agreed on, I decided to come to Planet Honda. My fiancé has purchased 2 other cars there in the past and so we headed over. I was greeted by Ashraf upon arrival. I told him the exact model, color, year that I wanted and he didn't try to sell me a completely different car, which is why I left other dealers. He showed me what they had in stock and after meeting with his managers was straightforward with me as to what price he could and couldn't do. The process was very quick and straightforward. I told him I was sick of going back and forth with dealers, where the salesmen kept trying to persuade me to buy something else and completely our of my price range. We took the car for a test drive and I signed the papers as soon as we got back. I have never bought a car so quickly and so hassle free. He may just be the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I will definitely come back for future car purchases and will be sure to recommend all my friends and family! If you are tired of dealing with salesmen who want don't care about making the customer happy, then come buy your car with Ashraf! However, be careful with their finance dept.! I know that it's part of their jobs as salesmen and financial advisors to try to make money off of customers, but after I have said I DON'T want something a million times and they keep pushing it, it just makes me want to get up and leave. I had agreed on a price with Ashraf and when I got to the financial dept. the advisor tried to add almost $20 a month and make my payments from 60 to 72 months claiming my credit score changed the outcome. I have excellent credit in the 800 range so how is that possible?! This guy must have thought I was a complete idiot! Mind you, that was before adding any packages! At which point he wanted to add almost another $100 a month! I had to pay the gap insurance separately to try to keep my monthly payments low and he was furious! If it were not for the amazing customer service from Ashraf, I may have gotten up and left once I got to their financial dept! I am not going to name the advisor, as I'm sure he knows who he is by reading this, but from the moment I sat down I told him what I was willing to buy and what I wasn't. Imagine my surprise when I went to sign the papers and realized he put just that down! When I asked him to take it off as I only needed things such as gap insurance and not a maintenance plan for oil changes he flipped out and didn't even look at my face for rest of the time. He took it off and printed the papers again and just put them in front of me without saying another word, even when I asked what I was signing he refused to talk to me! I understand you want to make money, but that was just ridiculous. If from the moment I sat down I said I didn't need or want a maintenance plan why would you add that in?! He didn't say another word or look at me until we were done, where he just said we were done and got up and opened the door. I was horrified and had it not been for Ashraf I would have given this review zero stars. So, as far as salesmen go Ashraf is great, but their financial advisors will to try sneak in a million different packages no matter how much you say you don't want them and overcharge you by at least an extra $50 a month! Please read before signing! More

Frankie Talarico, Sales Consultant, and Eddie Amorin, Sales Director, were very personable and respectful. Mr. Amorin made me feel very comfortable with the pricing and integrity of this dealership. He is well-mannered and the nicest man I have encountered since I have been purchasing automobiles. One week after the purchase of my car, someone made a dent on my car. Mr. Amorin immediately accommodated me and had the problem corrected. Also, I previously owned a Honda which I had serviced a few times from Planet Honda. The Service Manager, Matthew Papol was also very attentive and effective. I am confident that I made the best choice to purchase my new car from Planet Honda and also for the automobile services I will need hereafter. He did not reply, so I searched for a good review and made an appointment. I had to wait for 1/2 hour after my appointment time. If the sales manager did not get involved, I would have waited more, for sure. This guy did not give me his full attention for the whole time. When I asked about the features, he just threw me a brochure to read it. For test drive, he did not even let me go out the road and made me drive around behind the parking lot. There was no vehicle in my color of choice whatsoever and maybe only one or two in the lot. Pilot sells itself, so he did not do any sales work. He said I had to order one in my choice of color from the factory. Of course, I should be able to choose interior/exterior colors, but he said "I don't think so." I came home and used the app service and within 5 minutes, I got a few offers. VIP Honda offered a significantly lower price compared to Madison Honda and Planet Honda. Yes, I was able to order the colors that I wanted, configuration was limitless if you order from the factory. After my visit, this sale never called me to follow up. If you go there to buy whatever they have in an inventory, it will be fine. But you have to be prepared that they will make you wait every single step of a purchase with no reason. More

I got a quote Accord 2017 (New ) for 20,774 and they suddenly increased the price to 24, 448 without any reason. They ran my credit without my permission and when I protested they asked me " get out". So save your time and money, find another better dealer. d More
