Moreover, we acknowledge he really made a tremendous effort to make the customer experience similar to the one in our home country despite evident cultural differences. And all this without hidden surprises. We were expecting something to happen along the process but it never occurred. So everything ended in us buying the car we wanted in the very same evening.
