dont waste your time Read many negative reviews about PH on this site and others but I tried anyway, because they are close by. I did an online quote for a EX-L Pilot Nav Read many negative reviews about PH on this site and others but I tried anyway, because they are close by. I did an online quote for a EX-L Pilot Navi. I receievd my price and the old "let's make an appoinment line" I had other prices for same car and PH was not the best. A few emails more they sent about stopping by and then I asked about out the door fees. Thats when the attitude change in tone of emails. I couldnt get online breakdown of fees after sale like other dealers had provided. Why internet shop, If I have to go there? Any seasoned car buyer knows going there gives them the leverage for the good cop bad cop routine and then comes the mauling in the finance office. Lastly received email from internet sales manager dude with a condescending tone, telling me how great PH is and I should "come in to see what he can do" Bottom line do your homework and have your ducks in row before "stopping by" Check out fightingchance.com, Mr Bragg is car buyer consumer advocate who provides much needed info when car shopping. Satisfaction on a Saturday. Going to a car dealership on a Saturday? Sounds like xxxx. But this trip, was the complete opposite. My main purpose of going in was just to get a ball park figure on a car. Calculate what a car would cost me, what my insurance quote would be, etc. Basically, everything you would want to know before getting your first car. Walking in I was instantly treated like family. My grandmother -a long time Honda owner- being there was an extra plus, but that little fact aside, everyone was welcoming and friendly. We were pulled aside by Steve, who was super helpful and extremely knowledgable. He helped me find the right path to go down, while getting me the best deal possible. He was extremely patient with me, while I figured out where my grandmother wandered off to, and while I called everyone in my family for opinions. At the end of this 4 hour visit, I ended up leaving with a brand new 2015 Honda Civic LX and Planet Honda ended up with another satisfied, life-Long customer. More

NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER I called to schedule a recall with Planet Honda however I also wanted some extended warranty work done on one of my pistons. The woman I scheduled wit I called to schedule a recall with Planet Honda however I also wanted some extended warranty work done on one of my pistons. The woman I scheduled with couldn't get me in for at least 6 weeks which put me out of date on my warranty. The woman talked to the GM who assured me that they would still honor my warranty and take of me. When I got to the dealer they told me that they were not going to honor the warranty nor would they make any effort to talk to the GM or let me talk to him.......oh, and by the way we're not going to do all of the recall work we said were going to. I went back and forth them for a bit but ended up leaving VERY ANGRY and DISSATISFIED WITH THEM. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Planet Honda in the past but WILL NOT BE DOING SO AGAIN. As it is, my vehicle had the piston issue when I purchased it but Planet Honda did not bother repairing it before selling the vehicle. I will also not be referring anyone to them ever again. I will be selling or trading my vehicle as well. More
