Purchased 2014 Honda CRV and am quite happy with experience I know car dealers are know to be "pushy", but I must say that our experience at Planet Honda with our salesman, Nate Daniels, and the finance person I know car dealers are know to be "pushy", but I must say that our experience at Planet Honda with our salesman, Nate Daniels, and the finance person Jason Trotte, was excellent. While they informed me of all details and options available, they were not "pushy", let me make up my own decision in my own time. I'm happy to report that my expirience at planet honda was a very pleasant one. :) I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Honda at a fair price, while dealing with friendly & pleasant professionals! :) When I first walked in, I had a hard budget in mind as to what I was willing and able to afford. Within moments of speaking with a sales rep & informing him of my price stipulations, he went ahead and brought over a new car sales manager for me to speak to. The manager asked me what I was looking for & my realistic budget. Since my modest budget couldn't accommodate a new car, he was kind enough to suggest I speak with the used car area side, instead of wasting both of our time & "selling" up. Once I was walked over to the used car side, I was introduced to Joseph Harrison (Joe). Joe was a great listener and did a great job of understanding exactly what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. We didn't waste much time, and I sincerely appreciated his candor. He showed me a car he thought might fit the bill, and it did! It was a 2013 Honda Insight with only 17, 000 miles on it. It appeared to be in excellent, almost brand new condition, and it was within my budget! I had come to the dealership close to their closing time on a Saturday evening, yet Joe was very patient in answering all of my questions...working with me in helping me get the lowest price the manager would permit, and best of all, he did it all with a smile! :) I left the dealership that evening, happy with the offer but not able to commit on the spot. I wanted time to sleep on it and then follow up on Monday. Joe was very understanding and wasn't pushy at all. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The next business day, I text Joe (he gave me his cell for any questions) letting him know I was interested in extending the offer and purchasing the car. I went in, we did the paperwork, I was in & out within two hours, with a beautiful car I was very happy with! :) This was the smoothest & fastest car buying experience I've ever had and I would highly recommend Jon & Planet Honda to my friends & fam, for their car buying needs! :) P.s. While Joe was running around trying to get all that paperwork done for me, and get me set up with financing, there was another sales rep, Khari Harper, who was very friendly and kept me company & it made the time fly by in such a pleasant manner. :) Planet Honda really does have the friendliest & nicest sales people I've ever dealt with!!!
