exceeded my expectations I've never really had much experience with car dealerships, mostly having bought cars from individuals, so I didn't know really what to expect going i I've never really had much experience with car dealerships, mostly having bought cars from individuals, so I didn't know really what to expect going into this. But from the moment I stepped into Planet Honda I felt like I was the most important person in the room, and that feeling persisted throughout the entirety of my time spent there. The Manager, Eddie Amorin, was very tuned in to my specific needs and worked with me on the amount I told him I was comfortable paying. He NEVER seemed to try and sell me anything that was more for his benefit than mine. He carefully regarded my financial situation and came up with the perfect solution, even letting me in on some information regarding leasing that would have not been in my best interest, even though it would have been an easy sale for him. Once my needs were established and met with the car that would be perfect for me, according to MY criteria and within my financial comfort zone, he turned me over to the capable hands of Tim Ciasulli Jr., who took me for a test drive, patiently answered ALL of my questions, and went out of his way to make sure that the car I was test driving was the best car for me. And I had a LOT of questions. But to Tim's credit, and Eddie before him, I NEVER felt rushed to make a decision. Whenever I was given a satisfactory answer to any question, I was immediately asked if there were any other questions. Every nuance of the car's options and features was explained carefully and completely by Tim. By the time we got back inside the Dealership, I was convinced this was the best car for me. After signing on the dotted line, with my commitment in hand, it would have been easy for them to have shuffled me off to the next person to process the sale. But Tim stayed with me every step of the way, letting me know each and every step of the process. And Eddie kept coming by to make sure I was satisfied with everything, and asking me if I had any additional questions. When all was finished and I was ready to take possession of the car, Tim actually helped me by setting up the Pandora/Bluetooth/Phone functions, and even offered to have their guy take the sticker off the window (that glue would have been a nightmare!). The finance guy was also very helpful and answered all questions in a concise and complete fashion. One thing about Planet Honda.....EVERYONE you run across has a smile on their face and a cheerful greeting! Even in the service area. These people don't want to sell you a car, they want to establish a relationship with you for the rest of your car buying life. And it's not patronizing one bit, as I am convinced from speaking to several people there, and especially Tim Ciasulli and Eddie Amorin, that they genuinely care about you and your car buying experience. It's their genuineness that makes me a happy customer, and one who enthusiastically encourages others to buy there. I offered to create a testimonial as thanks to everyone in their team, this was not solicited. I simply value excellent customer service, and these people provide it in a way that exceeded my expectations by a long shot. They set the bar pretty high. More

Staff are friendly, Francis has been exceptional, very knowledgeable & sincere with his dealings! we would always always spend time & wait for him because we know it will be well worth it. Too good to be true--Hidden Fees! I went in b/c I got an amazing offer from Edmund's on a new fit from Planet Honda. I knew the quote didn't include destination and documentation fees, I went in b/c I got an amazing offer from Edmund's on a new fit from Planet Honda. I knew the quote didn't include destination and documentation fees, nor taxes. I called to specifically ask about any other fees. The person on the phone said that's all she was aware if and that finance would have the last say. When I got to the dealership, Ron said that there were so many extra fees, like a presentation fee of $690 and something else for $390! Apparently there were options on this car that weren't advertised as well, making the CSR well over $1000 more than what I estimated (my estimation included the destination fee, doc fee, and sales tax.) Luckily, they did respect a voucher I had for a $50 visual visa card, so my time wasn't completely lost. I personally wouldn't go back and would caution other buyers about hidden fees. Not all dealerships are like this! I highly recommend Sussex Honda, even though it's a bit far--they're friendly, honest and its a better location to test drive! More

I requested her to give me full details of price quote. Her 2nd reply was even worse. She won't give any details of dealer or other charges and accused me of using their figures to shop around. Completely frustrated with her attitude I replied her that I would rather goto some honest, upfront, and straight forward dealership. Her answer was that I was playing games with them. I wonder if her bosses know what kind of sales person they have in their staff. More

Prior to our visit to Planet Honda, we did a ton of research online, and even scoped out their competitors. We found the team at Planet Honda to be very professional and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Our salesman, Mark Gorecki, was tremendously patient and answered all of our questions, pacified our many concerns / indecisiveness and went the extra mile to get us the bottom line pricing. I applaud Planet Honda and every member with whom we had the pleasure of meeting for making this experience so wonderful. Our 2014 White Honda Odyssey EX-L with Navigation is absolutely stunning.
