On November 6, 2013 my family and I pulled into the Planet Honda Dealership and was immediately met by Frederick Gardiner. I told him I was interested in leasing a Honda CR-V and he was glad to help. Also my experience with other dealer for walk in was very friendly and still managed to work nicely with me. But with this dealer it was totally opposite. As if he does not care or something. Only good thing was atleast this Naticole came and said hi. Forget about beating my current offer, they did not even match it. That sales man was in hurry or did not want to sell car, he just came with some number which was way high than my current offer from other dealer. And I said no, that's it he is gone, I am back in my car to way home. So, my recommendation would be avoid this dealer. You could even get far better deal than this dealer for sure. More
