When we came to negotiating the price, I expressed that I did not want to go thru the "back and forth" process between salesman and manager. The managers at Planet Honda sit right out on the floor, not in a back office. Jay Morris, the sales manager, came right over and the three of us were able to quickly come to an agreement on a fair price. If you are in the market for a Honda give Planet Honda a try. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Frankie and Planet Honda, after knowing how notoriously bad the purchasing car experience can be in general. Especially with being a female, they did not pus and Planet Honda, after knowing how notoriously bad the purchasing car experience can be in general. Especially with being a female, they did not push back or try to play any games with negotiating. They were very fair on my trade-in price for my car, new car purchase, and also didn't lie about how long the whole process would take, which I appreciated. Frankie also went the extra mile and gave me his cell phone and checked how the new car was doing and if I had any questions. I recommend this place to anyone in the area. More

In August I was in an accident and totaled my favorite car. It was a 2010 Acura TSX. Still of the Honda family, but all I wanted was my Acura back. I had received a great deal on that when I got that car car. It was a 2010 Acura TSX. Still of the Honda family, but all I wanted was my Acura back. I had received a great deal on that when I got that car and that idea had to float away in the current car market. I entertained the idea of the Honda Accord, the 2013 models are great and the new body sells itself. However, I still wasn't convinced I wanted anything but my Acura. The dealership was very highly rated, which actually surprised me cause the commercials on TV are incredibly annoying. So DO NOT let that turn you off to the dealership. They are very professional and more important they were respectful. I've been in a few dealership that I wonder how they ever sell cars with the sharks they employ. I went in on my Dad's recommendation and met with Gerry and before you have to read further into this essay, if and when you go it is a MUST that you meet with Gerry. The one thing I loved about purchasing my Acura was the respect I received. I was 25 at the time and they treated me and my Dad with the utmost respect. Something I can't say for the Mazda dealership I went to prior. That being said, Gerry did exactly that. He saw in me what I loved about my old car and explained all the features of the car, similarities (there are a lot because it is still the same parent company) and differences (less than you'd think). He seemed to understand immediately how attached I was to it and was so low pressure it was a relief. There was never any pushy sales stuff, never backed into a corner, I was entirely comfortable talking with and dealing with him. 4 Days after meeting him we went in there with an offer and they met it, he didn't scoff at the offer, and better yet he didn't do that nonsense where the sales guy goes in the back for 45 minutes while they "discuss" things. We told him our offer, 2 minutes later he was back. This is my first Lease and 2nd time buying from a dealer. I was never a lease person, never even entertained the idea because I thought it wouldn't fit my life style, yet I always liked the idea of having a new car every 3 years. Gerry explained the benefits of leasing to me and sold me to the idea immediately. My first time (financing) it took us around 2 weeks of negotiations. Gerry had us in and out into my new Accord in 5 hours (between 2 days). Gerry made this the easiest deal ever struck and I couldn't (finallly) be more relieved to be in a car of my own again. More
