I'm not a fan of car buying. Not sure anybody really is. I have purchased or leased several over the years, usually from the same dealer. I always feel hassled. Agressive salesmen, aggressive tactics an is. I have purchased or leased several over the years, usually from the same dealer. I always feel hassled. Agressive salesmen, aggressive tactics and I sensed they got the better of the deal. This was not the case at Planet Honda in Union, NJ. Firstly the showroom was big, beautiful and airy. The salesperson was not only pleasant, but personable and extremely helpful in guiding us in the right direction. No heavy handed sales pitch, just straight forward information and guidance. We left with the car and finance plan of our choosing, not theirs. This is what made the experience near perfect. We got what we wanted without too much back and forth negotiation. Thanks to you all at Planet Honda. You will be seeing me on my next buying trip. More

He was ver mannerable and even confirmed that if I had any problems concerns to follow up with him directly. It was great to work with Sales guys who make sure you get what your looking for. A super experience: NO pressure, relaxed, and our salesperson Tim Ciasulli (Jr.) was the best ever. Tim was helpful, guided us, never gave us sleazy sales person pitches and jargon. No pressure, very good demeanor with customers, personable and not in a fakey way. This was as good an experience one will get in auto shopping anywhere. Even the manager in the 'I have to check with my manager" thing was good! LOL LOL. I highly recommend Planet Honda. I went to two other places and they were full of B.S. Planet Honda was not. No phrases like "what can I do to have you sign on the dotted line right now" and similar stuff. Nothing. Very easy to shop there. Go for it. More

Anthony is very personable, fair, and honest and this is the third car I have purchased from him in the last few years! His sales manager Jay Moris was able to address our additional needs quickly and we were able to come to a deal. I live closer to two other Honda dealers but will drive the extra 15 miles to see Anthony any day of the week!!! More
