Bought an Accord with Ron Ron made this a great experience. He seemed eager to earn our business. Let me be honest, we walked into Planet Honda with full intentions of leaving Ron made this a great experience. He seemed eager to earn our business. Let me be honest, we walked into Planet Honda with full intentions of leaving in 2 hours and going to visit 2 other dealerships. Grant it we have had already been to 2 other ones, so it was not like we walked in there without doing some research, but still, the reason we stayed is because of how Ron treated us. So he met us outside, in the rain and cold while I was looking at one of the models parked out there. Immediately he took us inside and offered us coffee and water. We had done our research and new the car we wanted, so that part was easy. The problem? Most dealerships didn't have the car, and planet honda had 2 that were in other lots further away. HERE IS THE REASON WHY WE STAYED! While we were talking to Ron, he had someone else go and bring the actual car we wanted from the other lot far away. Other dealership put us in a different color ca or some different features just so they could "get us in a car". Ron got the actual car, there, for us to sit in. When you know what you want and you sit down in it, its hard to leave. That effort to get that car, without missing a beat before he knew if we would even buy it or not, that's the main reason we didn't leave that dealership. Then came talking price. He's obviously a salesman, but everyone was on the same page, hes looking to make money, as he said "were a dealership, were here to do more than turn the lights on" but he knows we need to make a deal in order for us to buy the car. Luckily we had done our research and new what was a fair price for the car. Let me be honest now, we didn't "steal" our new accord, but we didn't get ripped off. We paid exactly what we should have to be happy, and Ron got what he needed to sell the car, essentially everyone was happy. The most important thing is, Ron would offer some counter prices after we made our offer, but he didn't waste our time. You cant put a price on that. He took the offer to his manager because he knew, while it may not be the sticker price, it was a fair offer. He saw the way the deal was going to work, so rather than keep us there for hours, he made the deal happen. That is what earns people repeat customers. And finally, after we bought the car, he still talked to us just about other things. I mean the deal is over, were waiting on finance (who was not even close to as nice by the way, not the best experience ever) but Ron would take a second when walking by to chat. He really earned our business. Thank You Ron! More

DO NOT ever buy/lease a car from this Dealership I DO NOT ever buy/lease a car from this Dealership I have been leasing cars from this Dealership for 20 years now. The only time I got a deal that I DO NOT ever buy/lease a car from this Dealership I have been leasing cars from this Dealership for 20 years now. The only time I got a deal that I was truly satisfied was 3 years ago. Why I did not switch to some other dealership before - Lethargy! My recent experience was a new nadir in buying experience. The sales person simply handed me over to the sales manager who essentially lied through his teeth. I have this nature of trusting people unless proven otherwise. Their own Finance manager proved the sales manager wrong. Finally I paid about $150/month more to lease the car that I DID NOT want. While I should not have trusted these sleezy characters - they should not have lied so much. Now I am not only NEVER going to buy/lease cars for them but I have become an avid campaigner against them. A Very VERY VERY dissatisfied customer!! More
2014 Honda Pilot I first contacted Planet Honda through the Internet sales department stating my exact vehicle and desired price out-the-door. I received an immediate response from Alice Centeno through email and after a few exchanges; I was given a written agreement on the price. When I went into the dealership a few days later, Jason Sepulveda was the sales representative who completed the transaction. He greeted me right away and already had the paperwork available, ready for me to go. Unfortunately, my insurance company was closed for the evening and I was unable to get the car insured in time to drive off the lot that same day, but Jason was kind enough to make an effort through the claims department anyway. When I returned the following day, Jason was available immediately again and I drove away with my new Pilot in an hour or so. Great service. More
Best experience ever I still had 6 months worth of payments and "return" tax and fees on my old lease, but they paid for them allowing me to start my new lease. He is an exceptional employee and I hope you guys are treating him well at Planet Honda. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I have been talking Stephen up since I picked up my new 2014 accord. Unfair wait for customer service 2 & 1/2 hours to change one tire is a bit excessive. I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just telling it the way it is. I purchased my 2011 CRV from this dealership and since then I have never taken my car anywhere else for service, even for tires. I am completely loyal to this dealership and I'm asking myself, why? Besides, it's not like I just went there without an appointment. I wrote on the dealerships Facebook page with criticism and recommendation of my experience but, it was deleted by the dealership's customer service, immediately. After, which, I received a strongly worded email from that customer service rep. She tried to make me feel like I was doing something wrong by writing my experience. This is why I'm resorting to this site. So, please, beware where you buy and whom you trust! I clearly made a mistake. I was given a 10% discount on the service by the Service Manager because of the tremendously long wait but that clearly did not satisfy me. I can't see how that would satisfy anyone?! More
