I had the car in mind and was able to test drive it, but at the end of the day he reassured my choice by explaining the benefits of the "2013" Honda Civic. I made several trips to Planet Honda to get a quote on a new Accord. The first time, I went these on Saturday and I stood at the for nearly 15 minutes and requested to speak to a sales associate, but was as new Accord. The first time, I went these on Saturday and I stood at the for nearly 15 minutes and requested to speak to a sales associate, but was asked to wait. Eventually, I went to one of the manager's in white shirts and asked them if anyone could helped (suggested by the receptionist). I was told to walk around the cars and browse, someone will shortly assist you. Eventually after 30 minutes of waiting, I went to the manager in white shirt and requested for a quote for Accord 2013. He gave me a number and suggested that this is your out the door price. He didn't bother explaining or giving me a breakdown or anything. I left immediately after that. The next day I received a call from Planet and I expressed by concern during the previous visit. Shalitha apologized and requested I should re-visit. The next visit was on a Wednesday evening, but before the visit, I asked for a price over the phone and ensured there were no additional charges to the quote that she gave me. The price was good and way below other dealerships. On Wednesday, the price increased by $1500 dollars all of sudden. Luke mentioned that the price Shalitha gave m didn't include destination, and other charges. If it were taxes, I would understand but with mandatory options, the price went up by $1500 and $400 for etching. I spoke to Shalitha and expressed my concern, but was in vain. The next day, I get a call again to come by. As an incentive, I was promised an additional break of $650 dollars and no increases due to options, but that didn't fly. On Thursday, I was told by Luke that Shalitha works for me and the numbers I give are final. I ended up purchasing the car for higher price than near by dealerships. At one point, I was told "THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS. PLEASE LEAVE." They add options cost, regardless of whether you want the added options or not. The whole point of an option, is that it is an option and you can have it, if you chose to. Bottom line: DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT PLANET SAYS OVER THE PHONE. I WAS WARNED BY OTHER DEALERSHIPS, but went there due to there over the phone competitive price. More

My husband and I visited Planet Honda to look at a used 2012 Mazda 6 that we had located online priced at $13,996. We thought it was a great price, but were skeptical that it might be a typo or a "bait an 2012 Mazda 6 that we had located online priced at $13,996. We thought it was a great price, but were skeptical that it might be a typo or a "bait and switch." When we arrived, Anthony Smolt was with a customer, but quickly located the car for us. We were surprised to see that the sticker price of the car was over $20,000. Anthony advised us that they would honor the online price of $13,996 and add $995 for the dealer profit making the total price $14,991. Now we're not stupid, folks, we've bought many cars and know that dealerships do this sort of thing to make you feel like you're getting a good deal. Still, we had done our homework, and for the age of the car and the mileage, we knew it was a decent price. After we thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and took it for a test drive, Anthony brought us inside and began the financing process. We had already obtained our own financing, but told him if they could beat our interest rate, we would use their financing. We filled out mountains of paperwork (as you always do), and although it took awhile, Anthony efficiently advised us of our next steps and how much time it would take to complete the process. In fact, we were allowed to take the car home the same day, and only had to return to sign the papers to the complete the financing (they beat our original interest rate by quite a bit), and again to pick up our plates. Our only complaints were that it did take quite a long time from our arrival until driving away with the vehicle (about 4 hours), and we had to call several times to find out when we could come in to "pay for" the vehicle. Otherwise, Anthony and Planet Honda provided a good car buying experience. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family. More
