We visited Planet Honda today looking to lease a new car. Isaac Resek greeted us at the door with a very friendly welcome. His manner and disposition instantly put us at ease. Once the preliminary work was done he turned us over to the Finance department while he got our new car sent on its way to get it ready for us. Delio Coutinho called us into his office after a very short wait. He was very open with us concerning the process and what we would be doing with him. Delio made the the long process bearable with his humor and friendly demeanor. We had some very detailed questions which he handled with ease and again made us feel comfortable with all that documentation that need our signature.
