I'm not an easy car buyer to deal with. I do my homework before hand and know what I want at what price. Smile-less, I have to admit, I gave them a hard time as Jay kept repeating...'we want to make you h before hand and know what I want at what price. Throughout the entire dealing, I must say, both Stephen and Jay were extremely polite and charismatic to the point that it eventually brought me to a smiling state. Their patience with me was impressive and although I almost walked out twice, prematurely, I remained to hear them out all due to their positive attitude.(I've walked out on many sales people because of their attitude,which means more to me than cost). By the time I left, 6 hours later, I was indeed a happy camper. extremely elated with the deal I received, but more importantly, because of your impressive staff. Itt took 2 hours to be quoted a price on the first day. I was told a price by the salesman and the manager ok'd the price for a new car. We told them we would return the next day. We returned with certified was told a price by the salesman and the manager ok'd the price for a new car. We told them we would return the next day. We returned with certified check in hand. And they no longer honored the deal which we were promised. The salesman acknowledged the original deal we have made. And stated he can no loner give It for tthat price due to there being one left on the lot. The price went up 4000 dollars from the original deal. Wasted 3 hours total, not including time on the road. The dealership is dishonorable. Really disappointed that I was lied too. More

As a young lady going in to buy a used car on my own, i was a little scared. however my salesrep Al reassured me that i had nothiing to worry about.
