The level of communication and service was above and beyond. Frank was new to the company but was great to work with and hard working. Mike the manager was so professional and accommodating. Purchased a 2022 camry hybrid in August of 2025. Planet has been unwilling or unable to forward the title, register it and pay the sales tax. The 2nd set of temp tags has just expired (60 days total) and Planet claims it will take another 2 - 3 weeks to complete the transaction. Have been getting the run around since August. If I have to park the car or get a ticket, I will hold them responsible. Truly deplorable customer service as well as a violation of DMV regulations. I'm about to escalate my complaint to the NJ DMV and Attorney General. In effect Planet has defrauded me out of more than $20,000. Not happy to say the least More
