I had a horrible experience at Planet Honda and would warn potential buyers of their dishonesty. I was given an online quote for a car by the online sales agent but when I showed up at the store, I was warn potential buyers of their dishonesty. I was given an online quote for a car by the online sales agent but when I showed up at the store, I was told by the salesperson that I was not "eligible" for the price and on top of that, I had to purchase several add-ons. This increased the cost by several thousand dollars. It is shameful that they employ such bait-and-switch tactics. Fortunately, there are other dealers out there who are more professional and trustworthy. More

Pure bait and switch. I was given a written (emailed) quote online for a Honda Ridgeline. The quote was for a specific vehicle and was detailed - amount down, monthly paym I was given a written (emailed) quote online for a Honda Ridgeline. He gradually came down when I showed him the internet quote, but still never came close to the quote. Both he and his boss were dismissive of their own quote. Total scam. More
