Downhill I've been taking my car to Planet Honda exclusively since I purchased it in 2014. This most recent visit was more than likely my last. Upon arrival, I've been taking my car to Planet Honda exclusively since I purchased it in 2014. This most recent visit was more than likely my last. Upon arrival, I was told that the oil change I had called to schedule wasn't put in as an oil change. Then, asking how long it would take, I was told about an hour. This is normal for Planet Honda, even though most establishments can complete an oil change in about 20 minutes. This oil change took 2 and a half hours. They also tried to charge me $72 for wiper blades. I've never encountered this there before, so perhaps it's a one time thing, although the price of wiper blades did astound me and continues to. Additionally, my entire multi-point inspection was wrong. Even the service adviser acknowledged this. Insult to injury, service person I dealt with called me twice after I left, informing me that he was returning my call. I never called him, so I assumed it was a mistake and let it go. The next day, he called again. I called him back, and he wasn't available. So I left a message that I never called him and if he needed something, he could call me back, but if he doesn't actually need something from me, he should stop calling. An hour later, I received a call from someone who got forwarded my message and they were returning my call, inquiring what I needed. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude and seemed angry with me for doing them a courtesy of letting them know that I didn't actually need anything. Additionally, I had had a service contract with them, and they never notified me it had expired. You can call me a dozen times in error, but you can't let me know that I no longer have a service contract? I've had several great experiences there. This was not one of them. More
Quick. Painfree Came in for recall service, oil change and wheel alignment. Performed an inspection and found dirty brake fluid. Car is now stopping better.
