Nino does a great job as a salesperson. He was the main reason we went back for our second vehicle. He exceeded our expectation with his recommendation. However, we will not go back for another vehicle nor will we recommend Planet Nissan to relatives or friends. We felt we were scammed in the Finance Dept. We were sold an additional warranty after we told the person we did not want any of these items. He stated we had to take this one and he clicked on the selection; we did not. Also he did not apply the entire trade in value of our car. He deducted the tax credit from it; when we bought our first vehicle there it was not broken into separate credits. He did not list out the optional items on the purchase agreement so our warranty items are not reflected. We do not know how the final price was arrived at since there is too much missing information. One does not get paper copy but a flash drive so need to go home to review each document. I left a voice mail for the manager who did not returned my call. I emailed customer service and did not get a reply to my concerns. My next step is to file a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General Consumers Affairs Office. The finance department is no doubt doing this to all customers; incomplete documents, inflating the sale price and signing people up for extended warranty the same way Well Fargo Bank open accounts for people who did not asked for them. We were disappointed in not being able to use the Loyalty Program offer. All this additional cost is added into the loan which means we will be paying interest on fraudulent adds-on. I think all of this is going to cost us over an additional $1,000. More
