Upon arrival staff was confused (unready) for the services I had scheduled ( fixing window tint). Was inable to receive this service as requested. I waited for 5 hours at Nissan and nothing was done. I went in for an oil change and I asked the person to have my brake light looked at. After 1 hour and 45 minutes left ---nothing started on simple oil change. I was told the car wold be ready in 3 hours. That the oil change took 3 hours.
