Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. Did a good job, too long of a wait. I went in at 7:30 am for an oil and filter change,( I had an appointment). I had less then 4,000 miles on my car, but the dash was telling me it was t I went in at 7:30 am for an oil and filter change,( I had an appointment). I had less then 4,000 miles on my car, but the dash was telling me it was time. I was the first person there. They said they wanted to do a tire rotation also, I was surprised at less then 4000 mile, but said OK. I never got the car back till 8:45. My comparison with your service is that I bought 3 cars from Phillip Buick. They have the lightning lube station.,You can go in and get an oil change and tire rotation (without an appointment) in just about 30 minutes. They also check all fluids. More
