Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. Service during and after the sale Bought a Certified 2016 Cadillac CTS Deluxe recently and found out the next day that the moonroof did not operate correctly so we brought it back for Bought a Certified 2016 Cadillac CTS Deluxe recently and found out the next day that the moonroof did not operate correctly so we brought it back for review by Service Dept. They did an inspection & ordered parts for repair & gave us a date to return. On that date they discovered that additional parts needed to be ordered so they gave us a 2019 CTS to drive while they kept the 2016 & waited for additional parts. Very smooth operation here & everyone is friendly & professional. More
