Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. Damaged paint Asked them to check the lift gate on my SRX. Having issues at times going up and down on Friday 2/1. Went to see if it worked any better that evenin Asked them to check the lift gate on my SRX. Having issues at times going up and down on Friday 2/1. Went to see if it worked any better that evening and noticed a cluster of scratches on the lift gate. Will call first thing Monday AM to report. Car was not detailed upon delivery. Was told verbally that the Cue System was shot and they had to order a whole new one, yet the paperwork says they are ordering a part for it?? More

Incompetence Had to take car back four times for parts that were forgotten to put back in car. There is no quality assurance and vehicles should be inspected before delivering back to customers. It was my first experience in this Cadillac dealership. I will never go back and caution anyone who gets service there to beware and check your vehicle for missing parts. I’m very disappointed and upset at such incompetence. More

Easiest Car Buy Ever For Me Salesman John Bach was great - low key, no pressure. I loved the car, ran numbers on purchase and trade, had it done in 5 minutes.
