Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. Completely Satisfied Work yesterday was done in normal time and the car was left very clean on the outside and inside. I returned today with a couple of items which I thought were computer glitches but learned it was operator error dealing with the computer magic in the car. Their explanation was clear and spot on. OIl Change and More Had appt for oil change and tire rotation. Oil change and filter change went on as planned. Tires were rotated and filled with nitrogen and I was su Had appt for oil change and tire rotation. Oil change and filter change went on as planned. Tires were rotated and filled with nitrogen and I was sure to be told tires were ready for replacement, brakes were ready too. Check list was done to say that all services were performed according to protocol. Drove care home and found dash light to be on telling me tire inflation system was faulty. Called back to dealership and was told to bring back. Brought back to find out tire sensors were bad and that I would have to set up another appt to get fixed. I always seems to be that someone doesn't spend the time to do the job correctly like it has been done in the past. Final determination was the tire sensors work correctly and no repairs were needed once someone spent the time to take care of the problem correctly. It is also a shame that the mechanics name is not on the ticket. He is the one that screwed up the worst. More
