Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are dedicated to making sure that our customers drive off of our lot feeling completely satisfied their purchase or service experience. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. I went to Cadillac Plaza to have my car checked regarding a noise on the front compartment near the engine. I was kind of concerned since I've had just bought this used vehicle from an online dealer. The team was very nice, very friendly and reassuring. They took care of my case right away and were able to find the root cause and get it fixed. They even dealed directly with the company that sold me the car and see if they would eventually take charge of the repairs. I highly recommend Cadillac plaza. They are very professional and dedicated and prices are fair and honest. More

This was my first visit here as I just moved here from Ohio. I was very impressed with the service department and the way it was operated. Staff was friendly & helpful.
