Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. No one bothered to follow up. I had to keep calling for information regarding the part we ordered. Messages left were not returned. Waiting room is stuffy and claustrophobic. Attempt to sit outside left us with a very broken dilapidated bench. Toilet seat in restroom was badly stained with urine. We had to ask for our car to be washed after it was serviced. I went to Cadillac Plaza to have my car checked regarding a noise on the front compartment near the engine. I was kind of concerned since I've had just bought this used vehicle from an online dealer. The team was very nice, very friendly and reassuring. They took care of my case right away and were able to find the root cause and get it fixed. They even dealed directly with the company that sold me the car and see if they would eventually take charge of the repairs. I highly recommend Cadillac plaza. They are very professional and dedicated and prices are fair and honest. More
