Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. Mr Steven over at The service department is amazing he’s taking care of my Cadillac every single time I go there and always works with me with my schedule very professional and always willing to help any cu taking care of my Cadillac every single time I go there and always works with me with my schedule very professional and always willing to help any customer get their vehicle issues resolved in a timely and professional manner. Rick Jimenez over in sales is also super awesome every time I drop my car off for service he always happens to be walking by and we chat for a little bit hoping in the next few weeks or few months I stop by to pick up an Escalade for Mom hopefully before Mother’s Day and I’ll be going to Rick for that thank you Plaza Cadillac for your amazing team and service hands-down always a good experience comparing it to other dealer services for other cars I own like my jaguar or BMW you guys are top-notch love you guys !!!!!! -Joseph “JD” Rodriguez More
