They ensured us that they gave you more than $4000 off the sticker price so rest assured, you received a great offer! Your vehicle did have a prior accident, which was disclosed with you before purchase. Our management team did inform us, however, that you returned to the showroom after your Kia purchase and shared that you wanted to get into an Acura. Unfortunately, according to policy, you can't return a purchased vehicle and get into a completely different model. We hope that this hasn't tarnished your view of us and that we'll see more of you in the future. Thank you.
