Although the car is great. It seems that my salesman Raul had no regards to my time and lack of communication. Although he was nice but it appeared once he got the check I was left with just whatever. I norm had no regards to my time and lack of communication. The luxury experience was most definitely missing. I am an executive in Aviation and I am a working Actor and very visual. I would be most hesitant to refer to this particular dealership, however the car is certainly great and I will be looking to upgrade in a couple years from now. A couple more notes, Brian was excellent in finance, although I had my own financing, I was able to purchase an additional warranty, he was excellent in explaining, communication, and simply what I am used to when purchasing luxury vehicle. In my line of work, I Always remind people, a seat is a seat and really a car is a car, but a customer will not really remember how much or how little they paid or even remember the particular features of the product, but they always remember how you make them feel. So in closing, I didn't get the luxury experience, I felt the expectation of the vehicle is spot on. Thanks for allowing me to give my feedback. More
