AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. We purchased a used Porsche 2 AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. We purchased a used Porsche 2 months ago. Upon driving to the dealer I sent Carl a screen shot of what the competition deale AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. We purchased a used Porsche 2 months ago. Upon driving to the dealer I sent Carl a screen shot of what the competition dealer was offering us on trade and vin number of the vehicle we wanted to trade. He said not a problem. We can match the trade offer. Once we got to the dealer they immediately said we have to deduct a thousand since there is no sun roof. Even though I sent him the vin... he must not of checked it. I was told several times the tires were new. Upon further investigation I found out the backs were new and the fronts were “new enough”. I was wanting to walk away, but my fiancé was too in love with the car. Next, during the process of negotiating with Carl I asked several times if they would fix the 3 dents on the side of the car. He said “yes” no problem. I even texted him and asked when we could have the dents fixed and he said whenever. Let me know. (I have the screen shot and the text still). Finally, we go to finish the deal with the finance department. We had to make THREE separate trips, wait over 2 hours each time to pay for the car. 1 month later we call Carl and text him several times to have the dents repaired. Carl will not respond. I have left messages with the the used car sales manager Michael mcgregor, he will not respond. This dealership is possibly the worst I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and avoid it. There are plenty of other dealerships that know what customer service is. More
I purchased my car as a certified preowned 10 months ago. i was told that it had had its major servicing done (which the spark plugs were done), but no expectation was set that a major service would be due w i was told that it had had its major servicing done (which the spark plugs were done), but no expectation was set that a major service would be due within a year. It was major sticker shock ($2,400). when i called to schedule i was told it would just be oil change/top fluids, etc. and would take 1-2 hours. Instead, when i showed up, i was told the vehicle required an all day $2,400 service. This was a disconnect between the sales experience and then servicing (within the same location). The service tech said the right things, but the interaction felt aloof. I received a small discount because of raising my concerns, but i think either i should have been told up front what to expect within the next year, or i should have received a much more significant discount on the service. Prior to this interaction i was recommending this location for sales and service. More
