I normally don’t write reviews but your service department really got me screwed over on my tire replacement program basically causing me to have to pay out of pocket for two tires. Not only did I department really got me screwed over on my tire replacement program basically causing me to have to pay out of pocket for two tires. Not only did I have to pay for the one I had replaced at your dealership, but because your service department didn’t not follow up with completing the claim they opened in 2019, when I had the same tire damaged a few weeks ago, I had to pay for that one as well because of the open claim from last year. That’s nearly $1,000 out of pocket. More

We had talked with Duffy two years ago and were so impressed with him that we sought him out now when time for a new vehicle. We were so happy he was still at the dealership and bought a 2021 Macan impressed with him that we sought him out now when time for a new vehicle.
