I live in California and had many questions before committing to come to Atlanta to buy this car. Tommy Walter is incredibly customer focused and took outstanding care of me from start to finish. Negotiation (didn't take multiple passes or people) was a breeze and I got a fantastic Panamera GTS that I drove back to California. Chad Pierce in finance was informative, clearly knowing his business and at no time applied any pressure to me. Seamless. Tommy followed up with me multiple times on my drive back to California to see if I had any more questions or needed help with anything. Just fantastic and I highly recommend this dealer. More

Fabulous experience, including having the car shipped from Atlanta to Dallas. Steven made this a seamless experience and my car showed up in beautiful condition. I never saw the car in person before the purchase and Steven was super transparent about everything related to the car. He even pointed out a slight scratch on the rear bumper because he didn't want me to be surprised. He also noted that for some reason the car didn't have floor mats. Not a problem. He addressed it and sent a new set via Fed Ex. First class. I'll be back ! More

Love my car but wide gap in promise vs. actual experience Was told my car would be ready and returned the same day or, if not, someone would call with an update and set up new delivery time. No call. Did not receive a call the next time until I called three times and finally got a call back. Was told I had a nail in my tire and I needed two tires because of the tread differential in the two rear tires because of the nail. The car only has 9800 miles on it and I only picked up the nail the day before. When I questioned this recommendation, I was told the technician “made a mistake” and I only needed one tire after all. When my car was returned, it had several black scuff marks along the left rear quarter-panel where they changed the tire, I was unable to get the marks off by washing the car and had to go buy some wax to get the marks off. The combination of the lack of communication, me having to initiate the calls for updates, the clear over-reaching on the service technician recommending the second tire, and the black scuff marks did not make for a positive experience on my first visit to your service department. At the end, my Green apologized for “all the hiccups” but hardly the experience of “owning a Porsche purchased from Jim Ellis” that was promised during the buying process. Unsure of whether I would actually recommend this service center after only one experience, but the site made me answer in order to submit this response. Writing this not as an indictment but in hopes it assists the dealership to improve. Look forward to next time and hope it’s better. More
