May take a bit of time to get scheduled but I will say they do go above and beyond to make sure they take care of you and your vehicle and fix it correctly. Now as far as purchasing a vehicle goes, I just bought my 1st Porsche from them and the experience was pleasant and got good value in the deal for my new Cayenne. Had some scheduling hiccups but overall the service experience was great; service required more time than expected but I was provided a free lyft ride home which was a nice touch. My car was out of war experience was great; service required more time than expected but I was provided a free lyft ride home which was a nice touch. My car was out of warranty but the issue that I had was related to the extended warranty on Macan wheel speed sensors. I explained my (likely) problem and did not receive any negative feedback even though I was a customer presenting a diagnosis. Cody Woods was proactive and provided updates so I was always informed of progress. I also appreciated that the tech provided a video walk through of potential future problem areas. I don't see Cody listed below to provide a rating so I have to add it here: 5/5 More
