One great thing is a manager followed up with me every single time I called or came to the dealership to ask how my interaction was and how they could make it better. I had a few questions on Porsche’s new e and hybrids and his expert knowledge on this new line of performance cars was spectacular. I cannot wait for the new hybrids to come out. Big thank to Scott for educating me on something that I had minimal knowledge on. Recommendation for service department scheduling: 1. Please don’t advertise that you can schedule service online via chat. On two different occasions I tried to schedule my service through your online chat and was told you can’t actually schedule a service through the online chat. The first time I tried it was after 5pm so I thought it was an after hours issue. Second time was at 10am. It would not have been an issue however they ask numerous questions before telling you that they will have someone call you. Both times no one returned my call. Second issue. I called the service center twice and left voicemails with no return calls. Finally, I got Scott on the phone who took great of me and got me scheduled in a timely manner. Big THANK YOU to Scott. More
